What else is there to blog about!?

I feel like all I ever blog about is Caid, but me and Zach are kinda boring so I have no choice. Zach was in Denver all last week so me and the babe were left home alone. We went to Gateway with Korbin and Nicole (and saw Rueben Studdard at the Apple store) and then watched HSM3 that night with them and Kalee and Alex. I know, party animals! Caidence has been sick and has now passed it on to me. But work must go on. I have to set up 45 interviews for 4 job openings for our new restaurant in Meridian. We had the ad in the paper for 2 days and received this many resumes. It was supposed to go another 28 days but I had it pulled for my sanity. And this is why I only blog about Caid. She's the only entertainment in our life these days...

My "little puppy" always carries socks around in her mouth! And to make it worse, she pulled these out of the dirty clothes pile. At least this time they are her own!

She climbed up Zach who was laying on the couch, then up the back of the couch, and was trying to scale the banister because she saw me up in the kitchen with a cookie. Our new trick of waving...

Will Work For Food

I promise I feed her! I had leftover pizza for lunch but the crust was hard so I threw it away. Caidence was napping so she didn't see it in the trash. When she woke up she was just crawling around. Then I heard her gnawing on something. Yes that's right. My daughter went through the trash to find lunch because her mean mom wouldn't feed her! Just an update. At her 9 month appointment (which she was actually 9 1/2 months when we went) she was 18 lb 6 oz and 28 inches. She has a third tooth broken through and loves to crawl all over and walk along furniture. She gives kisses, clicks her tongue, waves, loves to sit and be read to, sometimes ten books in a row, and makes us so happy every single day!

Weekend in Logan

Simon and LaylaSounds exciting, doesn't it? Actually we really did have a fun time! Saturday we headed up to Logan to watch a tennis match. Two girls that Zach coaches were in the finals and were playing against each other. Then we had a baby blessing Sunday so Zach's family came up and we all stayed in a hotel Saturday night. Sunday was Layla's blessing and then we stayed to watch the Superbowl/commercials which were both lame!
