When did she get so big!?
Caid went to her first friend birthday party! It was a princess party and they were supposed to wear their princess dresses.
Caid got a Dora princess dress and high heels from Grandma and Grandpa Eldredge for Christmas. She wears the shoes all the time but still hasn't gotten into the dress up stage. I told her it was time to get ready for the party so we needed to put her dress on. She said "
Umm, maybe tomorrow." So I finally convinced her to wear it and she loved the party and playing and the second she got home, she said "Mom, get this off me."

Happy 4
th birthday
Emie! (the princess in the crown)

And I've realized how these two girls just keep getting so much stinking cuter every single day! This is them modeling their new Christmas pants from Aunt
Kalee.
Caid is a ham
thru and
thru. She is so witty, so fun, so grown up. She loves to play with
Jordyn and gets so excited for her to wake up from her nap. She is potty trained and doing wonderful! She still wears a diaper at night but I forgot to put one on her the other night and she stayed dry. I tried again last night, but we weren't so lucky...
Caid is back on insulin and we've had to keep increasing her doses. I think her pancreas is finally shutting completely down so she will soon be completely reliant on shots. She is doing great with it, though. She gets most of her shots in her bum (
cuz she's so skinny everywhere else) so every time its time for a shot, she tells me I have to scratch her "
tooty" after to make it feel better. She loves to watch movies and has been rotating between "The Grinch," "The
Incredibles," and "Despicable Me." I took her on a date to see "Tangled" and she sat through the entire thing, with her drink and popcorn. She loves to help me clean the house and is very good to mind if I ask her to do anything! She also sleeps in until 10 or 11 every day and was not thrilled at all on Sunday when we had to wake her up for 9:00 church!
Jordyn is HAPPY! I took Zach on a birthday date last week and the girls came to lunch with us and Zach's parents and then his parents took the girls while we went to a movie. (HAPPY 30th BIRTHDAY ZACH!!) I missed
Jordyn so bad just in that 2 hour movie! She is just such a sweet addition to our family. I remember after I had
Caidence that I couldn't believe I could love someone so much and I even told Zach I didn't think I could have another kid because I didn't know if I could love them as much. And amazingly I do! She rarely cries, she's almost always attached to my hip, but now that she can crawl she's enjoying exploring on her own and causing trouble. She gets into everything! She hates getting dressed or her diaper changed and it either takes two of us to pin her down, or a 10 minute process of letting her crawl around naked and then listening to her scream while you hurry and wrestle some clothes on her. She also sleeps in until 9 every morning which makes for one very happy mom! Jordyn is just about as easy going and mellow as they come.

I sure am one lucky and proud mama!!
