We were talking about how when we die and go to Heaven, we are perfect and we will be in our perfect form. Caidence said, "Then when I go to Heaven, I'm going to be 19 cuz that's the perfect age. Mom, what if you're 19, too, and then we'll be the same age? Or what if I'm older than you in Heaven?!"
I don't like (whatever food.) It's not on my tastebuds.
We always go in and check Caid's blood sugar when we're going to bed and she's usually been asleep a few hours. One night I went in and was trying to get her finger and she kept pulling her hand away. She finally, I thought, was awake and I said, "Caidence, give me your hand." She suddenly sat up in bed panicked, throwing her covers off, looking around saying, "Where is it? Where did it go?" I had no idea what she'd lost until finally she put her hand up in front of her face and said, "Oh there it is. It's cute."
I was telling the girls all the places I used to work. Caid stopped me and said, "Hold up! You mean every time I ask you what your job is and you say it's to be a mom and take care of your kids, you actually used to have a REAL job?!"
The face says it all. Trey can't help but tease and he was coloring all over and sitting on her masterpiece. She was less than thrilled.
