I like food. Kindof a lot. So when Mandy invited me to the Food Truck Roundup in Provo, I was all in! We tried almost all of them. We had alligator on a stick, beignets, corn on the cob, green smoothies, pizza, corn dogs, crepes, burritos, donuts, mint lemonade, and still stopped at Maverick on the way home for a Dirty Diet Coke. We're already gearing up for the next one! Everything was delicious!
