I can no longer tell Caidence that she needs a nap without a fight. My new trick (however she is starting to catch on) is to tell her she needs "quiet time." I tell her she needs to go in her room for a while and lay in bed. She can read books or watch "Dora" but has to stay in bed until I come get her. Without fail, she's usually asleep within 5 minutes.
