First Sleepover!

Alex and Kalee were babysitting their niece Melia for the night so they invited Caid to sleepover too. We packed up Megamind, her flower pillow, Dora blanket (she was very specific on what she wanted to take), a bag of popcorn and dropped her off! 20 minutes later I get a text from Kalee:

Kalee: She's telling me I'm not making her blanket right...Ummm suggestions?

Me: I can't ever get it right when she's tired. Just spread it out on her and tell her it's fine or she'll have to come home.

Kalee: She just told me "Megamind is REALLY special...You can't touch it and get finger prints on it cuz its mine and my mom brought it and its really special. "

Me: Is her blanket now?

Kalee: Grandma put it on so yes. But she's taken it off another 3 times since then.

They watched Megamind and then Despicable Me. Kalee woke up at 12:16 and the two girls were still up giggling. Who knows what time they finally fell asleep. We had church the next morning at 9:00. And it was daylight savings. When Kalee brought her home my clocks still said 6:46. That was yesterday. Today it is 10:41 and she is still in bed. That sleepover must have wiped her out!
