We've tried and failed twice in the last two months to go to Cecret Lake. The first time it wasn't open yet and the second time the shuttle was closed for the night and they wouldn't let us drive up to the base. Since we already had all the kids excited and loaded up, we went back down the canyon to the Bells Canyon trail for a hike and finished to with some KFC. I'm not ready for Summer to end!
