The Fairy Forest

A few years ago I heard about this "secret" fairy forest in Kamas that someone had started and the more people started hearing about it, the bigger it would get. People will either go paint rocks already there, or paint some at home and take them to leave. This year I made a summer bucket list and added this to it. A few of our friends all piled in the party van and we drove, what we thought was only going to be about 45 minutes, but ended to being further in the Uintahs than planned and took an hour and a half. But it was worth it! We thought it was going to be pretty small, but it went on forever and we were there at least and hour and didn't even come close to seeing everything. Our little teeny rocks we painted were nothing compared to some of the ones others had brought. There were outhouses and full movie themes and cottages. The kids had to go to the bathroom so we told them to find a spot in the trees. Caidence dropped a sqaut with no problem and even told me to get with nature as she wiped with a leaf. Jordyn, on the other hand, told me she's too pretty to pee in the woods and only goes where there's toilet paper available. They could not be more different. Then we stopped in Oakley for some lunch with 6 hungry, TIRED little kids. It was a fun but long adventure!! Glad I have fun friends willing to join me on our outings!
