After: Painted light grey and put in new floor, backsplash, and tile countertops made by my dad

After: New floor, painted dark grey with a pear green accent wall, installed cabinets and painted antique white, bar built by my dad with matching backsplash and tile counter
I can't believe how different it all looks! It opens it up and brightens it up so much. It just feels like home. We love living by my parents and seeing them every day. Even though the house is a lot smaller than our old one, it is comfortable and feels just right. We love our Ward and neighbors and friends in the area. I love the friends I've made. We have book club and playgroups and girls nights. They all have kids the same ages and my girls love to play with them. A year and a half ago it felt like our world was falling apart and now we are grateful and know that this is where we are supposed to be.

Michelle. Your house is so cute! I love all the changes, I especially love the gray walls. BTW, Thanks for thinking of me in the hospital. You are so thoughtful. We will have to do play group again, if the weather ever warms up. :)
