It's that time of year again! Girls camp!! This year was a ward camp and we had all the girls up to the Lazy E cabin. We gave them the warnings that just because it was a cabin, to still expect camping. No flush toilets, no running water and showers, no tv and cell phones. They all did great. They all survived. They caught horny toads, stayed up past midnight, swam in the lake, saw the jail and cemetary and one store in town (and got their red cream soda, a cabin must.)
But not only did they all survive, I survived my first time away from my baby! Jodi and Don were nice enough to take the kids. This meant taking Trey for his first time not nursing at night and having to share their bed with him. He's a bit spoiled and likes to cuddle. But we all made it through!!
