Aug. 26 - Our attempt at Church

Sunday we found a Ward that met right next door to the temple. We showed up at 9:00 and found out it was their Stake Conference at 10:00 so we decided to skip it and just went to walk around the temple grounds. When we finished and were heading back to the car to leave, Jordyn dropped to the ground and started crying, "I want to go to church! Let me go to nursery!" Such mean parents that won't let their kids go to church. :)

We started driving around to see the island a bit and found an awesome park.

That afternoon we took the kids to see "ParaNorman." It is a cartoon and we thought they would like it. Not for kids! It was scary and had some adult jokes that the kids wouldn't get.

After the movie, we went back to the main strip and there was a street fair. We walked around and saw all the shops and enjoyed walking around the pier.
